Our founder, Jean-Paul Pangalos, spent years studying what drives people to act, perform, and deliver results. That journey led to the creation of the Mindset Factors Model and, eventually, the Mindset Factors Index—the first scientifically validated tool that measures the process behind execution and performance.
Together with CTO Helder Manuel Torres Vieira, Elevation Labs now helps recruiting agencies and companies protect placements, cut refunds, and increase retention by making human performance measurable and predictable.
Creating the Mindset Factors Index®
Why do some people execute under pressure while others stall? That question drove founder Jean-Paul Pangalos to research what truly separates success from struggle. Drawing on coaching experience, academic studies, and real-world biographies, he developed the Mindset Factors Model—a framework that identifies the 15 factors behind a person’s ability to take action and deliver results.
